This building, located in a R&D Campus, will be the headquarters for forensic investigation. The program includes crime evidence and research labs, as well as medical and administrative offices organized around a central green patio and distributed through four floors. Cladded in black stone at the ground level, the building envelope and structure are made of concrete. Inner partitons are in masonary and gypsum and a continuos stretch of high windows on every floor ensures ample light and natural ventilation. Suspended from the outer walls, a brise-soleil made of prefab concrete elements arranged with varied rhythm and orientation, filters light according to sun exposure of the facades.
